The Heartland Building, located in the Tangletown neighborhood of South Minneapolis, was built in 1929 and once housed stores on the bottom level which have included a photography studio, Oriental rug store, vintage record store, beauty shop, violin repair, and even a small grocery store. Today, there are three (3) commercial tenants on the street-level in addition to Heartland’s corporate offices. Each space has large display windows ideal for reception and retail. Many include private offices, basement storage, and off street parking.
