PLEASE REVIEW THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BELOW

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1) Current Briarhill residents who are seeking for a different unit type should contact Management by calling (952) 937-1735. Current Briarhill Residents should NOT complete a pre-application during the waitlist event.

2) Annually, Briarhill Apartments (with the help from our management company, Heartland Realty Investors, Inc.) will mail a letter to confirm your continued interest in remaining on the waiting list. You must respond in order to remain on the waiting list. With the update letter, you will be able to review the information we have on file and provide us with updates to that information. If your mailing address changes before this letter is sent, you are responsible for contacting us to update your address.

3) Pre-Applications are placed on the waitlist by the date and time they are received. Incomplete pre-applications are not accepted.

4) Briarhill Management will contact you when you are at the top of the waitlist to continue the application process.

5) Management is not responsible for applicant's identity protections through the online application process. Applicants are encouraged to CONTACT MANAGEMENT for assistance if VAWA PROTECTIONS APPLY.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1) How will I know what number I am on the list? You can call the office in September to find out your placement. Please note, the number is approximate and is subject to change through qualifying circumstances (see Resident Selection Policy).

2) What if I need to update my contact or personal information? At any time, you can update your information in writing at the Office, emailing the Office or mailing us a letter with your changes. Management will NOT change your personal or contact information via phone.

3) How do I know if I qualify? Please see the HUD income limits for the area, our Resident Selection policy and the posted screening criteria.

4) When can I see a unit or what does a unit look like? Please visit our website at www.hrii.com.
